I am a senior NHS women’s health practitioner by day and by evening I look after you holistically. Whether that is using Acupuncture to target your back pain, or helping your self-esteem with aesthetic treatments.

I am a nurse prescriber, so if you choose treatments with me, they will be safely given following consultation about your medical history and goal expectations. I trained in these treatments because I believe in treating the body as a whole, and having had acupuncture myself for shoulder pain, I swear by this therapy a pain relief tool.

Acupuncture is a therapy that originated in China over 2000 years ago and has been used successfully for a variety of complaints, all over the world since then. I use a blend of Chinese traditional medicine (TCM) and western medicine principles to assess your problems; whether that is anxiety/depression, women’s health issues or pain, I will decide how best to place the needles. I place needles along meridian channels (as part of the TCM philosophy) but also target direct areas where pain is experienced (if relevant to your medical issue). Acupuncture is complimentary to western medicine so it does not replace your medical treatment, but therapy can help your experience of the issue.

I also offer anti-aging treatments; including botox and skin boosters, dermal fillers and microneedling. I believe in setting realistic goals and I will always be honest with you about what I think is possible and what is not possible to achieve. One treatment does not ‘fit all’. As a qualified nurse practitioner, you are in safe hands medically, and approachable hands in terms of telling me what your specific goals are. Treatments can be as minimal or extreme as you choose to have them. Consultations are not an obligation to have a treatment and if you decide against it, I want you to feel comfortable to do that
