SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The Soul Angels are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do hope that you’ll love your purchase, however, if for any reason you feel the need to return item/s to us, just drop us an email within 14 days of purchase and we’ll send you return details. Items should be returned in their original condition as when you received them.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods. Always arrange proof of postage (available free of charge at post office counters) when returning goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
