WHAT IS CRYSTAL THERAPY?

The crystals may be placed on or around the body, or held in the practitioner’s hands, while the person receiving the therapy lies down or sits in a relaxed position. The crystals are believed to emit vibrations and energies that can resonate with and influence the energy field of the person. This can help to clear blockages, release stagnant energy, and restore the flow of vital life force energy throughout the body.

What happens during Crystal Therapy with Nichola?
Nichola will use a crystal pendulum to assess each of your chakras, as well as your overall needs whether that’s physical, mental or emotional. She will take you through a series of relaxing breaths before placing your energy body into a crystal net suited to your needs before placing crystals relating to your needs on and around the body.
You will just close your eyes and relax whilst listening to healing music.
Once the crystals are placed, you will be left for 10-15 minutes while the energies of the crystals do their thing.
Meanwhile, Nichola will create a crystal water elixir for you to drink once the treatment is complete. Any divine guidance given to Nichola during your session will be fed back to you.
