Coaching & Therapy – 6 month package
During this six-session package you will receive 6 Chakra assessments, 3 Reiki sessions, Guided Meditation (tailored to your needs), a Karmic Cord Cutting to release you emotionally from the past, and Inner Child Session to build a strong foundation for the future, as well as a Coaching Hour to include creating strategies and goal setting.
You will then receive an email with the agreed plan of action with steps to support you along the way.
