Coaching & Therapy – 12month package

During the 12 month package, you will receive 12 Chakra assessments, 6 Reiki Sessions, Guided Meditation (tailored to your needs), a Karmic Cord Cutting to release you emotionally from the past, and Inner Child Session to build a strong foundation for the future, Create a Working Dream board, Receive a Manifestation Meditation Session using Kundalini Energy and knowledge of how to use this energy to manifest your goals and a journaling with gratitude session in order to amplify positive energy into your life and attract positive change.

Each 2 hour session will include a Coaching Hour to include creating strategies and goal setting.

You will then receive an email with the agreed plan of action with steps to support you along the way.
