Coaching & Therapy – 1 session
(If you choose to pay as you go, you can choose further sessions to include those in the 6 and 12 month packages )
In this session, you will receive a Chakra assessment to establish your blockages, followed by a Reiki Healing (remote or in person) to cleanse and clear your energetic body (1 hour) We will then go on to discuss any issues, self-limiting beliefs or blockages that hold you back (30 minutes) next we will create strategies, set goals and create a plan going forward. (30 minutes)
You will then receive an email with the agreed plan of action with steps to help you on your way.
