How do You Use Mala beads?

Typically, users hold the beads in their right hand draped between your middle and index finger. Continue to do this 108 times, until you reach to the other side of the Guru Bead.

It is said to be disrespectful to cross over the Guru Bead, so if you choose to complete another set of 108, you should go back the other way.

Can You Wear Mala Beads?
